Bank of America

I’ve been a Bank of America customer for over 40 years. This past Thursday I went to get some cash at the BOA, Palm Valley location, got it, went to the HEB close by, left my cash in my locked car and when I came back I saw police cars close to my car. What they discovered someone broke a window of my car, got my cash (from glove compartment) and took off. There were some witnesses who reported to the police. Apparently the thief spied me in the bank, followed me to the HEB, and when I went into the store, he broke into my car. Shouldn’t the bank have some security person who observes suspicious persons in the bank who could avert these things happening. I went back to the bank to inform them (maybe get reimbursed for stolen money) and while there another gentleman overhearing the conversation and said same thing happened to him. Y’all need to establish some policy on how to handle this. You see me as a valued customer but I may have to move on. Let me know what you think.
