Bank of America

I've been inside the branch at 29 Blanding Blvd twice in many years of paying off a mortgage. Both times I've been inside, I've witnessed upset customers standing in line for 10 years. It's not a pretty picture. Today, I went in to pay off my mortgage in person (3rd time visiting), and the bank had signs on the doors saying temporarily closed. It's raining and 36 degrees. There is no time listed on the signs at the bank when they will be open so that I can give them a bunch of my money. I called the bank locater 866# to find an open bank. The guy who answered was in Michigan; he couldn't help me as they showed the bank branches closed, too. He said, I've got several inches of snow on the ground, and he's working!! I wonder if I'd ever consider letting you guys manage my money. (not a prayer)
