I went to the branch located at 1143 Country Club Dr, Madera, CA 93638 to get assistance to open up an existing safety deposit box, a very nice banker named Rosa was going to help me. She called and told me she needed to set up an appointment with a notary because both my parents have passed away. She said she would contact me last week on Thursday or Friday, it is now Thursday the following week and I still have not heard from her. The bank manager acted like she was annoyed that I was even in the bank. I would rate this branch as failing miserably.
