The Skyline branch is consistently busy, yet the team members always demonstrate a willingness to assist every customer and strive to meet their needs. Recently, I had the privilege of meeting Yerome, one of the bank clerks, amidst a long and busy period. Yerome greeted each customer with a smile and efficiently assisted everyone.
