Customer at this Branch is strongly lacking…. -NO DRIVE THUR Service - 1 Teller for a line of 7 or 8 customers, teller extremely slow and methodical… manager or no one else seemed to be aware of the long line … several clients older or with handicaps Waited over 15 minutes in a line with a bad leg ….No Manager concern… No concern for customer discomfort or time or for long wait time
